I Love My Grandma

Tuesday, November 21st, 2006

To Whom It may concern,
I came to Arizona to visit my grandma two days ago. I am 16 years old and live in Wisconsin. We planned to stay with my grandma and spend some time with her for one week. The second day we were in Arizona, my grandma fell and broke her hip. My grandma is poor and doesn’t like to take help from anyone. But her children and grandchildren came together to help her with the costs of the operation. It makes me very sad to see my grandma in pain, even though she is so sweet and feels horrible because she thinks she is ruining our vacation. But of course she is not. I love my grandma so much and want the best for her. But since she is living off a very small social security check a month, her medicine is just an extra expense that she just doesn’t have money for but really needs. If you could help my grandma out with free prescription drugs not only would it help my grandma so much, but it would help out my family and me, as well. Thank you so much for listening.

We Need Help

Tuesday, November 21st, 2006

My fiancĂ© and I both work for Wal-mart stores, Inc., in Temple, Pa… Needless to say, although they are the richest conglomerates in the world, we are unable to get affordable health insurance through them. My fiancĂ© and myself both have existing medical conditions which are quite serious, and we both need health and life sustaining medications in order to be able to support ourselves out in the working world and in order to survive. My fiancĂ©, Alan, has diabetes, and I have a bipolar disorder in which I need medication every day of my life, probably for the rest of my life. Sometimes, we both have to forego the purchasing and the ingestion of our medicines, due to the lack that we are struggling with money and bills. Like most Americans, I am too sure. Please help us. I do not drive a car. Only my fiancĂ©, Alan does. He is my only transportation to and from work. I do not want him to, god forbid; lose a limb one day because he cannot afford his medicine.

High Cost

Thursday, November 16th, 2006

I just had a daughter and have no insurance and my medicine is too expensive to afford - I pay daily. 15 dollars a day for one pill - the cost of medicine is outrageous. I only work a part time job and my girlfriend stays home with our daughter. I am considered disabled and been denied any part of Medicaid. So I am pretty much stuck without.

Early Retirement

Thursday, November 16th, 2006

The doctor I went to for my heart told me I had to retire from my job because I would not be able to perform my job’s duties. It is a very manual job. Because I had to retire because of my health, I lost my benefits that were great. Now I have nothing to cover the prescriptions I have to take

I Can’t Afford To Purchase My Prescription

Thursday, November 16th, 2006

I can’t afford to purchase my prescription. The prices of drugs are totally out of control. I need help to get my right medicine. The insurance companies make you pay too much money. I am out of work right now. I get bad panic attacks. I hope your company can help me out. I also have a bad stomach. I need to take Nexium. Thank you for your time
